What to send here

  • A wrong result. A false positive, or a character the tool should have found and did not. If you can, include the exact text or file that triggers it.
  • A missing Unicode range. If you know of an invisible or reordering range the tool does not classify, name the code points.
  • A factual correction. If a claim on this site is wrong or out of date, say which page and what it should say instead.
  • A privacy question. Anything about what this site does and does not record.

What this tool cannot help you with

  • “Was this written by AI?” There is no reliable answer, and this tool does not pretend to give one. It reads hidden characters and file metadata. It does not judge authorship.
  • Reading a SynthID watermark. That needs Google’s own detector, at synthid.com. No third party can read one, and no public API exists to call. What the detector covers, and what it leaves out, is set out on the SynthID page.
  • Recovering a deleted manifest. Once C2PA data has been stripped from a file, it cannot be reconstructed.

What happens to what you send

Email is not a secure channel. Do not send a document you would not want a stranger to read. If you need to show a wrong result, a short excerpt is enough — one sentence that triggers the bug is more useful than a whole file.

Replies are best effort. There is no support contract and no response time to promise. Reports are read, and the ones that reproduce get fixed and added to the test suite.
